This is a great bind off for shoulders. It’s so easy to do and
it is really sturdy. When you’ve finished knitting each piece,
just remember to place the shoulder stitches on a holder or a
piece of yarn instead of binding off.
To do this bind off, you need to have the same number of
stitches on each piece that you’re going to seam together. And
you need to have an extra needle. Watch the video to see exactly
how it works! There are also written instructions below.

Place two pieces of knitting that have the same number of
stitches on two needles that are the same size or smaller than
the ones you used to knit your project.
Hold them so their points going in the same direction.
To have the seam on the inside, hold both needles in one hand
with Right Sides together.
Put a third needle in first stitch of each needle and k2tog
Put the third needle in next stitch of each needle and k2tog
Pass the 2nd stitch over the end stitch to BO
Repeat from * across until all stitches are bound off.
Fasten off by cutting the yarn and putting the tail through
the last stitch.
It also looks cool to put the seam on the outside. To do this,
just hold the Wrong Sides together.
